First 30 minutes → $200 (or as included in membership)
Additional time billed in 1-minute increments -- only pay what you should
Drive time → $50/hour, billed in 1-minute increments -- only pay what you should
Beyond 60 minutes one-way, I'll give you a custom quote in advance.

What's included during a telemedicine call:

Limitations:
- Telemedicine works well for many concerns, but some situations still need in-person evaluation. If your symptoms require a hands-on assessment, testing, or a procedure, I’ll let you know right away and help you decide the best next step.
Physicals done at home
No waiting room, no rushed exam.
Annual physicals — strongly recommended for every adult member. They’re done during a scheduled house call (usually 30–45 minutes) and help us get a full picture of your baseline health — blood pressure, heart and lung exam, basic skin check, labs when needed, and time to talk about what’s actually going on with you. Your onboarding visit covers your first one.
Sports, school and mission physicals — included at no charge beyond the membership or standard house-call fee.
A quick note for families: Even when kids are seen for acute illness, injury, or school/sports forms, they should still keep their regular annual visits with their pediatrician. This service is meant to support, not replace, their ongoing pediatric care.
Aesthetics -

Subtle enhancements, natural outcomes -- never overdone.
Botulinum toxin — Botox, Jeuveau, Xeomin, Dysport, and Daxxify...all botulinum toxin but with subtle chemical differences. We typically offer Jeuveau. We treat the corrugator supercilii, procerus, frontalis, orbicularis oculi and depressor anguli oris muscles to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Microneedling — We use SkinPen®, the very first microneedling device to receive clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). What does it do? It boosts collagen (the protein that gives skin its firmness and smoothness) and reduces acne scars & wrinkles. Results are real, though most people need a series of three treatments to see meaningful improvement. Adding PRP is an option that may support faster healing and enhance results, particularly for acne scarring.

Chemical Peels — Facial chemical peels offer a range of skin-rejuvenating benefits by promoting controlled exfoliation and cellular turnover. They help improve skin texture and tone, reduce the appearance of fine lines, acne, and hyperpigmentation, and can enhance overall brightness and clarity. By stimulating collagen production, peels may also support firmer, smoother skin over time.

Dermaplaning — a gentle exfoliation treatment that uses a sterile surgical blade to remove dead skin cells and fine facial hair, leaving skin smoother, brighter, and better able to absorb products while softening the look of fine lines.

Ketamine Therapy
An evidence-backed option when standard treatments fall short
Intravenous (IV) ketamine hydrochloride (Ketalar) is an off-label treatment with substantial evidence for treatment-resistant depression, with multiple studies showing rapid improvement in mood often detectable within hours and peaking at 24 hours after infusion. Its antidepressant effects are supported by clinical trials and meta-analyses, particularly for patients who have not responded to traditional medications. Benefits may include fast symptom relief and improved functioning; ketamine also demonstrates acute reduction in suicidal ideation scores, though evidence is insufficient regarding effects on suicide attempts or deaths. There is emerging evidence for bipolar depression and PTSD, with limited and mixed evidence for obsessive-compulsive disorder; data for anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders remain preliminary though we have seen benefit in many patients in each of these areas.
