Get your energy back —
and stop being told you're fine.

Full-context primary care for midlife Utah—one full hour, the labs that actually matter, and one provider who stays in it with you.

You're exhausted.
And your labs keep coming back "normal."

You wake up tired. You stay tired. The weight crept on five years ago and won't leave no matter what you do, and somewhere along the way you stopped recognizing the person in the mirror.

Your medical provider ran the standard tests, said everything looked normal, and took 12 minutes to tell you that.

"See you next year." Now you have to figure it out on your own.

You're not crazy, and you're not imagining it. You just haven't had anyone look past "normal."

What changes when someone actually looks

Whether the weight won't move no matter what you try, the energy never comes back, or you just want one person to finally get to the bottom of it.

Your energy back

Not someday. Not after a proprietary supplement "protocol." We dig into why you're running on empty — hormones, thyroid, glucose metabolism, lifestyle, the weight that won't shift — and build a plan to actually fix it. So you feel like yourself again.

Real answers, real labs

A deep panel most visits skip — not just CBC and cholesterol, but ApoB, inflammation marker, a full thyroid panel, and sex hormones — drawn at your kitchen table and included in your "first hour" visit. Then interpreted by someone who has the whole hour to walk you through what every number actually means. "Normal" isn't an answer. We find the one that is.

One provider who knows you

You work with Corbin directly — same provider every time, by text, video, or at your door — plus a small, hand-picked team when you need it. You're not a new chart every visit.

Meet
Corbin Allred, FNP-C

I've spent years in medicine — the ICU as a registered nurse, then family practice as family nurse practitioner, where I strived to give my patients real time instead of the usual few rushed minutes. They'd tell me what they were used to: a shrug and "everything's normal." Then I became the patient myself.

I'm living with a terminal diagnosis. I don't get to waste good days — and I'm not going to let you waste yours either.

That's the whole reason ReadyNP exists. A full hour, the right labs, a real plan, and a provider who actually stays in it with you. I'd rather be the most real provider you'll meet than the most polished one. When a concern is outside what I do, I'll tell you straight and get you to the right person.

You'll always know who's in your corner — me, plus a small, hand-picked team, including another family nurse practitioner who brings additional skills that round out our care in meaningful ways.

How it works – your first hour

Book your first hour

Pick a time that works. I'll come to you if you're within 15 miles of Orem, UT or we can meet by video -- your choice.

For patients farther away, telemedicine visits often work wonderfully and still give us a full, unhurried hour together. No waiting room, no clipboard, no forms-on-arrival runaround. If you'd still prefer a house visit, standard travel time fees apply.

Schedule lab work

I’ll put in the order for your comprehensive panel and you choose what’s easiest — the nearest lab draw site, or I’ll come draw your blood at your home or office if you're within 15 miles of Orem, UT. Results are usually back within 7 days.

For patients farther way, If you'd still prefer me to draw your labs, standard travel time fees apply.

We actually dig in

A full 60 minutes: your whole story, a real exam, and a  comprehensive lab result review right there at your table. We look past "normal" to what's really going on.

The deep panel's included — the markers most visits skip, the ones that help paint the picture of your health.

You leave with a plan — and you keep me

When you're ready, I become your medical home.

Most people start with the first hour. Some decide they never want to do healthcare the old way again — and that's where membership comes in.

It's me, one text away. Direct access by text, phone, or video. House calls when you need them. Same-day when I can. And a provider who already knows your whole story — so you're never starting over, never re-explaining, never a stranger to your own chart.

Healthcare that finally feels handled.

Straight answers

Everything you're wondering about how this works — and what to expect.

Do you do GLP-1 RAs? Hormone replacement therapy like testosterone and estradiol?

When they're the right tool, yes — as part of a plan, not the whole plan. We find why your body's stuck first, then use what actually fits.

Are GLP-1 RAs safe for me?

That's what the first hour and the labs are for. We don't hand anyone a shot before we understand their metabolism, history, and risk factors— and if it's a fit, w monitor it properly. If it's not, we'll tell you.

Does ReadyNP membership replace my health insurance?

No — this is private-pay primary care.

We do not bill insurance. Keep your health insurance for the big things: ER visits, imaging, specialists, and hospital stays. We handle your day-to-day primary care needs. Many members pair ReadyNP with a higher-deductible health plan. These plans typically have lower monthly premiums and can be paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA). HSA dollars can often be used tax-free for membership fees and other qualified medical expenses, while the insurance itself serves more as true catastrophic coverage.

Who pays for labs?

Your first-hour panel is included in the $600. After that, ongoing labs are available as cash-pay through the rates I’ve negotiated — typically well below hospital pricing — and I’ll always tell you the cost upfront.  Membership patients receive an additional discount on these cash-pay rates. Non-members pay the full cash-pay price.

I do not send labs through insurance. Insurers require a specific diagnosis code for every test to justify medical necessity. I don’t provide those codes or the supporting documentation they demand, so running labs through insurance is usually not feasible. Cash-pay keeps the process straightforward, transparent, and under our control.

What if my situation's a little different?

Already have recent labs and just want a second opinion? Prefer to use insurance for labs because you’ve met your deductible? Live a bit outside the usual house-call range? Or simply not ready for the full First Hour?Just tell us where you’re starting from. The First Hour is the most common path, but it’s not the only one. We can often work with what you already have and move forward through either membership or a-la-carte visits, depending on what makes the most sense for you.

What if I need something outside what you handle?

I’ll tell you straight and get you to the right person.  I don’t manage chronic pain (those cases go to a pain specialist), and gynecologic care such as pelvic exams and Pap smears is referred to an OB/GYN. Complex orthopedics, cardiology, oncology, or surgical needs are also referred to the appropriate specialist.  If something else falls outside primary care or my scope, I’ll say so clearly and help get you to the right person so you’re not left figuring it out alone.

Is it really just you?

You work with me directly — that's the point. When something's better handled by someone else or additional help is needed to ensure prompt care,  another family nurse practitioner, Alli Bascom, FNP-C is available. She brings additional skills that round out our care in meaningful ways. You're never handed to a stranger.

Where do you see patients?

Across Utah — house calls and telemedicine. Care has to happen while you're physically in Utah. We do not currently have a brick and mortar location but hope to in the future.

Can you patients from out of state?

Yes, as long as you are physically located in Utah at the time of the visit. This applies to both telemedicine and house calls. I am licensed to practice in Utah, so the care must take place while you are in the state.

Do patients under 18 need a parent or guardian present?

Yes. A parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire visit — whether it’s telemedicine or a house call. This is required for consent and to ensure appropriate care for minors.

If I just choose á la carte visits instead of membership, do I still get membership benefits?

No. With á la carte care you pay the standard rate for each visit (and any add-ons or drive time), and you do not receive the ongoing access, included time, or membership discounts. Need more time? Simply schedule another 30 minute á la carte visit.

Still have questions?

Ready to feel like yourself again?

Start with one honest hour. We'll figure out what's actually going on — together. No rush, no runaround, no "everything looks normal."
